Job summary

Kiewit Power Delivery seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on high‑voltage transmission and substation projects. You will supervise foremen and craft professionals, driving safety, scheduling, cost control, and client satisfaction using the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model.

You will mentor junior superintendents, coordinate subcontractors, and manage cost updates and projections while partnering with clients to resolve issues and plan ahead in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience, including leadership on transmission or substation projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution on high-voltage transmission and substation projects.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and contract administration.
• Drive client engagement and represent Kiewit in planning meetings.
• Oversee and approve monthly cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Develop and implement project completion and turnover plans.
