Job summary

Paradigm Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support electrical substation, energy storage, and power line projects. You will report to the Project Manager or Construction Manager and may work in an office or at project sites.

You will assist with contract administration, planning, scheduling, and project reporting, plus pre-construction and procurement activities. A Bachelor's degree in electrical or civil engineering or construction management is required, with up to four years

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and identify discrepancies in engineering plans and contract documents.
• Ability to access construction sites in varied climates and environments.
• Demonstrated ethics and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews.
• Lead preparation of work plans and packages.
• Support field surveying, data compilation, and daily reports.
• Prepare procurement plans, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
• Support project controls, cost data, and change orders.
• Supervise subcontractor operations and ensure safety.
