Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to work with project managers, engineers, and clients to support power delivery and substation design projects. The role focuses on developing and maintaining schedules and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel to client sites is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with project controls and CPM scheduling.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, PMs and clients.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6 per client requirements.
• Conduct client site visits during project phases to align expectations and gather updates.
• Update schedules regularly to align engineering deliverables with client milestones and program objectives.
• Generate weekly lookahead reports and present schedule progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess schedule impacts and resource needs; track changes and communicate updates.
