Job summary

Leidos Engineering seeks an experienced Project Scheduler & Controller to support a large electric utility client in the Pacific Northwest. You will drive scheduling, controls and dashboards, with a focus on construction sequencing and progress tracking.

This role offers collaboration, career development, and leadership training opportunities. Mid- to senior-level professionals with 4–10 years in project scheduling, a BS in engineering/finance/business, and MS Project experience are encouraged

Qualifications

4–7 years of project scheduling experience (mid-level) or 7–10 years (senior).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
Experience using MS Project for scheduling.
Ability to plan, organize, direct and track technical tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a team.
Willingness to travel ~5–10% and hybrid Seattle office work.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain engineering and construction schedules for electric utility projects.
Use earned value techniques to align schedule and costs and recover as needed.
Collaborate with PMO, Engineering Leads, and Construction teams to track deliverables.
Create weekly/monthly project control reports with resource loading and risk analysis.
Interface with client daily to report progress, schedule and risks; support dashboards.
