Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with energy experience to lead Power Delivery design teams on large generation projects in a hybrid role across multiple offices, including Denver.

You will scope, plan, and manage budgets, schedules, and risk; coordinate with clients and authorities; mentor other PMs; and drive continuous improvement to deliver value. A BS in engineering/related field and 10+ years in energy projects, plus PMP principles, are required; PE license and PMI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 10+ years in energy engineering with project management experience.
• Experience in transmission line, substation, and distribution projects.
• Firm understanding of PMP principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large multi-discipline programs across offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large energy engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Support business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, and negotiations.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing; manage resources.
• Form project teams and assign tasks to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with federal/state/local authorities for permits and code compliance.
