Job summary

Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager with energy experience to lead Power Delivery projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement and risk across large, multi-discipline teams across multiple offices.

The role requires overseeing project performance, client relations, and ensuring financial targets are met. A hybrid work arrangement is available, with responsibilities spanning from project initiation to closing and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business from an accredited college/university.
• 10+ years in energy engineering with at least 5 years in project management.
• Experience in Transmission Line, Substation, and Distribution projects.
• Firm understanding of PMP Principles.
• Proven success in managing large multi-discipline programs/projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience in Design Bid Build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large, multi-discipline engineering projects across multiple offices.
• Support business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, interviews, and contracts.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and vendor lists after award.
• Form a project team and ensure tasks and responsibilities are executed on schedule.
• Submit documents to authorities for code compliance reviews and permits.
