Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery group. You will drive project success by managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships, shaping proposals, and leading a talented team to contribute to our growth.

The role offers opportunities across multiple U.S. offices, with travel as required. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure project scope and client satisfaction while advancing our technical leadership in power delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years in engineering, construction, or PM (or PMP with 6+ years).
• Engineering, construction, or utility PM experience is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical transmission, substation, or distribution systems preferred.
• Experience in proposal writing, project scoping, or business development.
• PE license strongly preferred and ability to manage budgets and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget; develop schedules and quality plans.
• Lead project staff and manage resources to meet requirements.
• Understand budgets and reporting; communicate financial status to management.
• Develop detailed project reports and support marketing and business development.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage project scope and satisfaction.
