Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in our Power Delivery group to drive projects from vision to reality, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships. The role offers multiple U.S.

location options. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, team and resource management, financial oversight, reporting, and support for proposals and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent; PMP preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering, construction, or project management experience.
• Experience in electrical transmission, substation, or distribution systems preferred.
• Proven proposal writing and business development experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 25–50%.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget.
• Team & Resource Management: Manage assigned project staff to meet requirements.
• Financial Oversight: Understand project budgets and report financial status.
• Reporting & Documentation: Develop detailed project reports.
• Proposal & Business Development: Manage proposal creation and identify new opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships and manage project scope to satisfaction.
