Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Project Manager in the Power Delivery group to drive projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and serve as the main liaison between clients and our firm. This role supports proposal development and client growth across multiple U.S.

sites in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and other ENERCON locations. Ideal candidates will bring engineering or PMP background, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel as required to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required or PMP with 6+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or utility project management is required.
• Strong understanding of electrical transmission, substation or distribution systems preferred.
• Proposal writing, project scoping, or business development experience is desired.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and accounting processes; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects on schedule and within budget with detailed project plans.
• Lead and manage project staff to meet requirements.
• Understand and report on project financials; communicate status to management.
• Develop detailed project reports and documentation.
• Manage proposal creation and support marketing efforts for opportunities.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage project scope with customers.
