Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an ambitious and talented Power Distribution Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our growing power delivery business in the Lansdale area.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining project control systems across cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and document management, enabling project managers and leadership to make informed decisions and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with project lifecycles and utility workflows.
• Experience with project management tools and cost forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control systems across cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and document management.
• Develop consolidated monthly/weekly project reports.
• Manage project contracts, task orders, and change orders with audit-ready records.
• Support AR collections, invoicing systems, and portal setups.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and tracking actual vs. planned spend/progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, finance, engineering, and subconsultants.
