Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Power Distribution Project Coordinator to join our team. You will work closely with project managers, finance, and engineering teams to deliver controlled, timely project data and decision-ready reports.

Responsibilities include maintaining project controls systems, budgets, schedules, risk, invoicing support, and coordination with subconsultants and vendors to ensure compliance and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control systems across cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and document management.
• Prepare consolidated monthly/weekly project reports.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and tracking of actual vs. planned spend.
• Coordinate subconsultants, on-boarding, progress tracking, and compliance with Westwood requirements.
• Assist with client meetings and action item notes as requested by Project Manager.
