Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, a leading engineering and design firm in New York, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its Power Division. You will support project lifecycles, coordinate schedules and budgets, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

You will prepare documentation, facilitate stakeholder updates, and conduct analysis to support project initiatives. Collaboration with engineering and design teams is essential to meet specifications and drive successful energy projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Relevant project management experience, preferably in power/energy sectors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of power-related projects.
Support coordinations of schedules, resources, and budgets for projects.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.
Assist in stakeholder communication and project updates.
Conduct research and analysis to support project initiatives.
