Qualifications

• Progressive design experience with civil projects.
• 3+ years in design; 5+ years in Transmission/Distribution or Substation delivery.
• Travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide; on-site in Lansdale, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and delivery of projects in a profitable manner.
• Oversee the technical execution of various projects.
• Develop project work plans and budget projections and deploy resources.
• Prepare and coordinate schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead business development activities and client meetings.
• Write proposals and participate in interviews; mentor staff.
