Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Leader to expand and manage our Power Delivery practice in Long Beach, CA, with responsibility for transmission, substation, and power studies. You will drive growth, build client relationships, and mentor a project-focused team, while delivering profitable projects.

The role offers ownership potential and a performance-based bonus, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership, client development, and quality engineering execution.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of relevant experience managing wind energy or related projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Familiar with standards, regulations, and best practices for power delivery projects.
• Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or landowners.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D, Excel, and/or GIS.
• Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and mentor staff.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.
