The role combines engineering leadership with strategic business development, building a team and expanding client relationships. You will own project direction, mentor staff, and drive profitable growth, with clear pathways to ownership and a rewarding bonus program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a Power Delivery or related engineering practice.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies and client relationships.
• PE license and in-depth knowledge of power delivery standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Power Delivery practice including transmission, substations, and power studies.
• Grow projects, clients, and team through strategic business development.
• Coordinate or direct development, energy assessment, engineering, or construction activities to meet project objectives.
• Experience in mentoring staff and driving profitable project delivery.
