Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Power Delivery (transmission, substation, power studies/design, or related fields).
• Demonstrated business development experience, including proposal writing and building strong client networks.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead project teams, engage stakeholders, and represent the firm positively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee technical work for Power Delivery projects (transmission and distribution design).
• Ensure compliance with standards (NESC, IEEE, NERC, GO) and local utility requirements.
• Prepare technical deliverables (plans, specs, reports) and assist with permitting and regulator coordination.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and manage resources profitably.
