Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Project Manager/Team Lead in Montana to join a growing, nationally ranked Power Delivery team. You will manage client relationships, lead projects through the full life cycle, and supervise a local transmission group.

You will work with marketing and leadership to develop new opportunities, ensure QA/QC, and deliver world-class results while supporting HDR's employee-owned culture across multiple Montana locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform client management, project management, staff supervision, and/or technical support activities.
• Manage and lead transmission projects throughout an entire project life cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
• Build, develop and supervise a local transmission team and provide oversight over workload and performance.
• Lead QA/QC processes and ensure world-class quality.
• Direct and mentor project staff as needed.
