Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Project Manager/Team Lead in Billings, MT to join our Power Delivery Professionals. You will manage transmission projects through their life cycle, supervise staff, and coordinate with marketing for new opportunities, while leading a local transmission team.

The role requires FE license, preferred PE license, 7 years of experience, and strong client relations. Location options include Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Helena.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and communicate effectively.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform client management, project management, staff supervision, and/or technical support activities.
• Manage and lead transmission projects throughout an entire project life cycle.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
• Build, develop and supervise a local transmission team and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Lead QA/QC processes to deliver world-class quality.
• May supervise PMs, Project Engineers, EITs, CADD/Designers and staff.
