Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Project Manager/Team Lead in Montana to guide high‑voltage transmission projects from concept through completion. You’ll build and lead a local team, manage scope, schedule and budget, and collaborate with marketing and leadership for new opportunities.

The role requires strong PM skills, FE/PE license considerations, and a passion for delivering world‑class power delivery services in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 7 years related experience.
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Strong ability to interact with design teams and manage communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform client management, project management, staff supervision, and technical support.
• Manage and lead transmission projects through full life cycle.
• Apply project management tools: life cycle, goals, risk, WBS, scope/schedule/budget, planning, control, earned value.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
