Responsibilities

• Perform client management, project management, staff supervision and technical support.
• Manage and lead transmission projects through full life cycle.
• Apply project management tools and techniques across scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development.
• Plan hiring and grow a transmission team; supervise workload and reviews.
• Oversee non-engineering components and QA/QC on projects.
• Mentor and supervise PMs, engineers, EITs, and designers.
