Job summary

Powerserve Technologies is seeking an Estimator – Power Delivery in Ocala, FL, to prepare accurate cost estimates for electric utility projects. This role will primarily focus on substations, transmission lines, and BESS facilities.

The ideal candidate should possess 1-5+ years of estimating experience in power delivery or utility construction, with a strong understanding of EPC contracting. Remote work is also considered for experienced candidates.

Competitive salary ranges from $60k to $100k plus bonuses, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of estimating experience in power delivery, utility, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed estimates for substations and transmission lines.
• Develop labor, equipment, and material cost estimates.
• Analyze project risks and incorporate appropriate contingencies.
