Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Power Electronics or related technical major
• 5+ years of experience in datacenter power solutions (MW-level UPS, busways, CDU, STS)
• Ability to read floor plans, SLD drawings and other industry documents
• Ability to convert data hall floor plan drawings into BOM and perform basic cost analysis
• Excellent customer communication and ability to capture core demands with strong empathy
• Strong project planning and progress control, able to coordinate internal/external resources
• Good cross-team collaboration and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Engage in in-depth technical exchanges with customers and provide professional technical consultation
• Translate customer requirements into clear, executable product requirements for R&D
• Monitor project progress and coordinate resources to ensure on-time delivery
• Collect and classify customer feedback to drive product iterations and improvements
• Coordinate with R&D, testing, PM and business teams to manage risks and ensure project success
• Maintain and organize customer requirement and technical documentation
