Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in datacenter power solutions including MW-level UPS, busways, CDU, STS.

Job Overview

We are seeking professional and experienced FAE/TPM for high-power datacenter products to receive customer RFQ orders, analyze customer’s specification and project documents, convert floor plans to BOM and bridge Delta internal R&D team and external customers. Serving as the core technical communication link between the company and clients, you will conduct in-depth technical dialogues with customers, accurately capture business demands and technical requirements, and translate them into executable R&D plans. You will ensure all projects are delivered on schedule, in line with predefined goals and quality standards. This role combines technical expertise, product thinking and cross-team coordination capabilities, focusing on driving smooth project implementation and optimizing customer technical experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer In-depth Technical Communication: Actively engage in one-on-one in-depth technical exchanges with customers, fully understand customers’ business scenarios, technical pain points and product expectation. Provide professional technical consultation, solution interpretation and technical feasibility analysis, resolve customers’ technical doubts in a timely manner and build long-term stable technical trust with clients.
  • Bridge Connection Between R&D and Customers: Serve as the key connection hub for internal R&D team and external customers. Accurately convert customer business and technical requirements into clear, standardized and executable product requirements and R&D specifications and deliver them to the internal development team.
  • Project Progress Control & Delivery Guarantee: Take overall responsibility for the follow-up and management of project development progress. Formulate phased project goals and development plans, track daily R&D progress, identify potential schedule risks, technical bottlenecks and resource problems in advance. Put forward feasible optimization and adjustment schemes, coordinate internal resources to solve project obstacles, and ensure the overall project development is completed on time, on target and with high quality.
  • Product Technical Iteration & Demand Management: Collect, sort out and categorize customer technical feedback and iterative demands, evaluate demand rationality, technical feasibility and business value, optimize product technical solutions collaboratively with R&D, and promote continuous product technical iteration and capability upgrade.
  • Cross-team Coordination & Risk Management: Cooperate closely with R&D, testing, project management and business teams, coordinate cross-departmental resources to promote project implementation. Timely identify project technical risks, delivery risks and customer expectation deviation risks, formulate preventive and remedial measures, and ensure stable project operation.
  • Technical Document Sorting: Sort out and maintain customer requirement documents, technical solution documents, project progress documents and meeting archives.
Job Requirements
  • degree in Power Electronic or other related technical majors;
  • 5+ years of working experience in the field of datacenter “gray space” power solutions including MW-level UPS, busways, CDU, STS, etc.;
  • Able to read and understand floor plans, SLD drawings and other common industry documents;
  • Able to convert data hall floor plan drawings into bill-of-material and perform basic cost analysis.
  • Excellent customer communication and expression skills, able to accurately capture core customer demands, flexibly respond to customer technical questions, and have strong customer service awareness and business empathy;
  • Strong project overall planning and progress control capabilities, sensitive to project schedule risks, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources to solve project problems and ensure on-target project delivery;
  • Good cross-team collaboration and pressure resistance, able to adapt to fast-paced project iteration, and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution;
