Job summary

The engineer focuses on SCADA interfaces, protective relaying communications, and fiberoptic networks, supporting commissioning and upgrades across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in power system controls, substation automation, or SCADA.
• Experience with substation or transmission projects and power system communications.

Responsibilities

• Design and support SCADA, substation automation, and power system communication architectures.
• Develop control and monitoring schemes for substations, transmission systems and operations centers.
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting control and communication systems.
• Coordinate with utilities and IT/OT stakeholders on interfaces and data exchange.
• Review drawings and specifications for proper integration of controls and protection.
