Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company seeks a Project Engineer to provide technical, administrative, and operational support across the project lifecycle for power/industrial projects. You will collaborate with project managers, construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget execution.

The role requires strong engineering judgment, scheduling and cost forecasting skills, and the ability to travel to site locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, construction, or project management in industrial or power sectors.
• Experience leading engineering functions across multiple projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering guidance and technical support to project teams throughout construction phases.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, submittals, and design modifications.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Mentor and develop field engineers and project engineers.
• Support planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk management.
