Job summary

TIC Power, part of Kiewit, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead multiple teams on power generation projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and cost management while ensuring NEC and IEEE compliance across fossil fuel generation initiatives.

Join TIC/TK to drive quality, safety, and on-time project delivery, collaborating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or leadership role overseeing electrical installation projects.
• Strong initiative and decision-making in complex environments with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Kiewit's policies, procedures, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and field engineers.
• Review and approve labor rates to maintain budget integrity.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings to streamline communication.
• Build positive relationships with clients and onsite staff.
• Lead planning and problem-solving meetings with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to monthly progress reports and cost updates.
