Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC is seeking a remote Analytics/BI professional to support systems, reporting, and governance across complex infrastructure projects. You’ll translate operational needs into system improvements, develop Power BI dashboards, and provide actionable insights for regional leadership.

You will gather requirements, drive UAT, validate data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, BI, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience defining KPIs and metrics, validating data, and translating operational information into insights.
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating business needs into documented system, process, or reporting requirements.
• Experience with business systems, data quality management, workflow improvement, and reporting processes.
• Ability to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and other documentation for system enhancements.
• Experience coordinating or supporting user acceptance testing, including defect documentation and release readiness.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams and time zones.
• Availability to support an assignment requiring approximately 12–18 months of tenure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for commissioning progress and leadership reporting.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate needs into documented business and system requirements.
• Manage requests for system and reporting enhancements with intake, triage, and prioritization.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) including planning, scenario development, and defect tracking.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and outputs.
• Identify and address data quality issues, including duplicates and legacy data, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure workflows support real-world processes.
• Support tracking and reporting of commissioning activities, NCRs, audits, ITPs, RFIs, turnover, and closeout.
• Prepare governance materials and stakeholder updates to support accountability and improvement.
• Develop user guidance and training materials for feature releases and reporting changes.
• Maintain and improve business rules, data structures, reporting definitions, and processes.
