Job summary
CRB Workforce is seeking a Power BI/Data Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. The role focuses on building and refining Power BI dashboards and reports, converting complex datasets into actionable business insights, and collaborating with product, business, and tech teams to drive data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Power BI experience, strong analytical abilities, data modeling skills, and a proactive mindset to improve reporting workflows and explore AI
Qualifications
- Hands-on Power BI with dashboards, data visuals and reporting.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business guidance.
- Experience across BI, data analytics or reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of applying AI concepts in analytics or reporting.
- Comfort with data modeling and analytics tools in a modern tech stack.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Build out, support, and refine Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual data presentations.
- Analyze complex datasets to surface trends and actionable insights for the business.
- Translate stakeholder needs into practical reporting and analytical deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics workflows.
- Explore AI and newer tech to strengthen analytics and decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, business, and tech teams and share findings clearly.
