Job summary

CRB Workforce is seeking a Power BI/Data Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. The role focuses on building and refining Power BI dashboards and reports, converting complex datasets into actionable business insights, and collaborating with product, business, and tech teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Power BI experience, strong analytical abilities, data modeling skills, and a proactive mindset to improve reporting workflows and explore AI

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI with dashboards, data visuals and reporting.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business guidance.
• Experience across BI, data analytics or reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of applying AI concepts in analytics or reporting.
• Comfort with data modeling and analytics tools in a modern tech stack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.

• Practical, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI covering the creation of dashboards, visual representations of data, and report generation.
• Robust analytical capabilities with a proven knack for turning raw data into clear, actionable business guidance.
• Background working across business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting-focused platforms.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence principles and how they might be leveraged within analytics, reporting, or product-focused initiatives.
• Comfort with data modeling, preparing datasets, and the broader ecosystem of analytics tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with natural curiosity and a drive toward ongoing improvement, plus the ability to collaborate smoothly with both business and technical teams.
