Hader Solutions in Houston is seeking a Retail Supply Trader to manage and optimize a North American retail power and gas portfolio, balancing risk and profitability for commercial and industrial customers.

You will forecast load, develop hedging strategies, monitor markets, and use quantitative analytics to support trading decisions while leveraging ETRM systems and contributing to low-carbon and renewable offerings.

Qualificações

Strong trading and market knowledge for power and gas.
Proficiency in quantitative analysis and risk management.
Experience with ETRM or similar trading/trade-capture systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a safety-focused environment.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

Execute physical and financial trades to drive risk-adjusted profitability
Forecast load and develop hedging strategies to balance market risk
Monitor real-time energy markets and respond to changing conditions
Use quantitative analytics to inform trading decisions
Capture, track, and report trades accurately using ETRM systems
Contribute to growth of low-carbon and renewable retail offerings
