Talisman in Houston seeks a Power Trader to lead a high-performing desk focused on short-term and term trading across PJM, MISO, ERCOT, CAISO, and NYISO. You will manage traders, refine strategies, and drive strong P&L in North American power markets.

You will mentor analysts, partner with senior leadership on capital allocation and technology, and leverage data to optimize positions while advancing market opportunities. This is a high-impact, leadership-heavy role in a fast-paced environment.
