Pleasant Job Rotation Program position offers the opportunity to learn all facets of the Hitachi Energy Power Grid High Voltage (PGHV) business through rotating hands-on experience in project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety over a two-year period. In this role MP-JRPs will be exposed to all aspects of the PGHV process through rotating assignments in a series of progressively more responsible positions. Mentoring and practical experience combine to develop PGHV management skills in an area of specialization. Upon program completion, MP-JRP participants may become Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Managers, Distribution, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Supervisor, etc.**Responsibilities:*** Product Rotation (DTB/PASS or PQP/SA or GIS or Ins.
