Job summary

Oerlikon is seeking a Screening Operator at our Plymouth, MI facility. You will blend, screen, mix, and pack powder products while following work instructions and product specs. You will maintain accurate production records and support HSE, quality, and productivity initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical training, strong math skills, solid organizational ability, and proficiency with Windows/Office. The role requires 12‑hour shifts and physical capability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or vocational technical training; experience may substitute.
• Proficiency with basic math (decimals, fractions, percentages).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities
