Job Summary: Following all safety protocols and procedures, operates a spray painter or similar equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or products.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Mixes paints and solutions, monitors drying to ensure desired results.
• Prepares surfaces for painting.
• Applies paint using specialized equipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintains technical equipment and ensures proper functioning.
• Cleans work area and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to safely climb ladders and navigate around equipment.
• Stand for extended periods with frequent bending, twisting, and turning.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years industrial painting experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely.
• Respiratory testing and mask fitting are required immediately upon hire.
