Join our Raymond Team as an Industrial Painter at our East Syracuse location!

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Industrial Painter who brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and determination. In this role, you will prepare parts and forklifts for painting using various hand and power tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, wire cutters, hand drills) and then apply final paint through hand spray techniques according to specific guidelines. We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Inspect your work, keep work area organized, and adjust as necessary.
2. Ensure final product meets all color and finish requirements.
3. Perform preventative maintenance and repair of paint equipment as defined in the daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
4. Work well independently and with others.
5. Complete assigned tasks with high quality and on schedule.
6. Maintain inventory of required supplies and expedite parts as needed to meet schedules.
7. Stack and/or move completed work following material handling and safety procedures. Forklift certification is required; if not certified, training can be provided.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 months of paint or auto body experience.

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role at our East Syracuse location, suitable for those who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

Wage: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
