Job summary

Finishing and Coating is seeking a production associate to operate powder gun equipment, program settings, and help ensure product quality throughout the shift. You will follow customer specifications and internal procedures, read process cards, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand and move throughout shifts, and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly during shift.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend repeatedly.
• Learn and understand customer inspection criteria.
• Learn daily production schedules and packing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder gun equipment and program settings.
• Control quality and follow Winona Quality policy and procedures.
• Maintain acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility.
• Wear necessary personal protective equipment.
