Job summary

Finishing and Coating is seeking a production operator to run powder gun equipment and help ensure quality. You will learn customer inspection criteria, packing requirements, and daily production schedules, using process cards and I controls to adjust the application.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly, stand and bend throughout shifts, wear PPE, and follow Winona Quality policies.

Qualifications

• Learn and understand customer inspection criteria.
• Learn and understand packing requirements.
• Acknowledge and use process cards as part of job function.
• Learn & understand daily production schedules
• Lean & understand recipe on I controls, adjust powder guns for proper application process.
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate the powder gun equipment.
• Must follow communication and quality control procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping in areas of responsibility.
• Wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures.
• Assist with or conduct mil thickness inspections and cure and adhesion testing.
