Job summary

AtWork Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a local manufacturing facility. You will prepare, coat, and finish metal parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work from Saturday through Thursday shifts. You will operate powder coating equipment, monitor thickness and coverage, inspect finished parts for defects, and keep the work area clean and

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Pay: $23-$25 per hour. Schedule: Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday. We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a local manufacturing facility.
