Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. seeks a hands-on production/assembly worker on site to ensure quality across processes and outputs. You will load/unload parts, apply plugs/masks, and pack items with wrapping or layering as needed.

Role may involve operating the E-coat system load control panel and performing other duties. Must follow safety/environmental procedures and lift up to 50 lbs during 8–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a crane and hoist.
• Basic computer skills.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures.
• Fluent in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all process and outputs meet quality standards.
• Loads and unloads parts.
• Applies Plugs/Masks on parts.
• Packs parts as required including wrapping or layering parts.
• May operate E-coat system load control panel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
