Accelera is seeking a Powder Coating Production Assistant to support finishing operations by preparing, coating, and packaging parts to meet high-quality standards. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contributes to overall production efficiency.

The position involves loading and hanging parts, monitoring line performance, conducting quality inspections, and safe packing procedures for shipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs independently and maneuvering heavier loads with assistance.
• Capacity to stand, bend, and move throughout a 10-hour shift in a production environment.
• Comfort working in areas with varying temperatures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical process documentation.
• Commitment to wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety footwear and eye protection.
