TMCO Inc is currently looking for Powder Coating Technicians for our busy production team. Positions are available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and capable of lifting 50 lbs consistently.

The role involves applying powder coating to parts, loading products, and maintaining quality standards in a warm work environment. Benefits include paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401k retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Detail oriented and able to work well on a team.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to parts.
• Load and unload products on a moving track system.
• Prepare parts before coating.
• Inspect coated parts for quality standards.
• Package finished product.
• Assist with basic product assembly.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety rules.
