Job summary

Quickprojobs is seeking a Powder Coating Technician for our Cincinnati manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on producing quality powder-coated parts, with a Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift and a starting pay of $25–$30 per hour based on experience.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed for someone who takes pride in precision and safety. Responsibilities include pre-coating prep, coating racks, post-cure inspections, maintaining solution concentrations, completing paperwork,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of powder coating experience preferred.
• Experience operating powder coating equipment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and work orders.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sandblast, clean, tape, and prepare parts for coating.
• Rack parts and apply powder coating.
• Perform quality inspections after curing.
• Maintain proper chemical tank concentrations.
• Complete production paperwork and work orders.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with shipping, shop cleaning, and other duties as needed.
