Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking 1st and 2nd shift Paint Powder Coaters in Roseville, MN to prepare, powder coat, and finish components to high-quality standards. This role works independently and with the production team to meet daily output and safety goals.

The position offers full benefits, a 401(k) match, PTO/holidays, and a retention bonus program. Travel to the Roseville facility may be required, and ITAR considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Powder coating/painting experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to components on manual lines and batch booths.
• Set up equipment for proper coating application.
• Clean, mask, plug, and fixture parts prior to coating.
• Guide coworkers to prep parts properly.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area orderly.
• Operate batch ovens per work order specifications.
• Inspect parts after coating is complete.
• Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed.
• Complete all paperwork accordingly.
