Qualifications

• Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to components on manual lines and batch booths.
• Set up equipment for coating.
• Prepare, mask, and fixture components prior to coating.
• Guide coworkers to prep parts.
• Maintain equipment and clean work areas.
• Operate batch ovens per specifications.
• Inspect parts after coating.
• Unmask and package components as needed.
• Complete related paperwork.
