Lake Air Products is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Paint Powder Coater roles in Roseville, MN. The position involves preparing, powder coating, and finishing a variety of components to meet quality standards and production requirements.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, masking and prepping parts, operating batch ovens, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring accurate paperwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior coating experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Powder coating or painting experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GEMA powder coating equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to components on manually operated lines as well as batch booth applications.
• Set up equipment for proper application of coating.
• Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application.
• Guide coworkers to prep parts properly.
• Maintain equipment and keep work area in order.
• Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications.
• Inspect parts after coating is complete.
• Unmask, unplug, and package components as needed.
• Complete all paperwork accordingly.
