Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with powder coating processes and related equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the powder coat painting team and coordinate daily production to meet quality specifications.
• Read blueprints and BOMs and ensure parts are prepared and coated correctly.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
