Lake Air Products is seeking a Paint Parts Prepper/Masker for the 2nd shift at our Roseville, MN location. Position involves cleaning, masking, plugging, and fixture preparation of metal parts prior to painting or powder coating.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, ensuring paperwork is complete, operating batch ovens per specifications, and post-coating handling. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math calculations and attention to detail.
• Ability to position parts by hand and use hands for assembly tasks.
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect metal parts for damage and paperwork.
• Mask, plug, and fixture components prior to paint/powder coat.
• Operate batch ovens according to work orders.
• Unmask, unplug, and package components after coating.
• Complete all related paperwork.
