Starting pay is $22 per hour with generous benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match. Quarterly profit-sharing, PTO, paid holidays, and a 2nd shift differential of 15% apply to the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in powder coat painting is required.
• Reliability and time management are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Positive work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts with care and accuracy.
• Masking and plugging to protect areas.
• Powder coat parts and ensure even coverage.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and prepare for shipping.
• Label and identify parts to maintain organization.
