Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Greenwood, SC is hiring a Powder Coat Technician I-1st Shift to load, operate, and monitor the powder coat line to meet customer specifications.

The role requires hands-on quality checks, setup, safety compliance, and potential process improvements. Starting pay is $18.11 per hour, with a variable incentive program; hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT support.
• No relocation assistance; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, set up, and operate the powder coat line using documents and instructions.
• Perform quality checks with visual inspection and calipers; identify nonconforming parts.
• Maintain workflow and communicate issues to ensure production progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and perform root-cause analysis.
• Cross-train and provide coverage for other functions when needed.
