Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS PDCADdivision is seeking a Quality Inspector in Greenwood, SC. The role pays $20.94 per hour and includes eligibility for a variable incentive program. Core hours are 5 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Thursday.

Candidates must meet high school/ GED requirements with preferred technical training. The inspector will conduct detailed product inspections, manage defect records, review drawings, and collaborate with engineers and managers to ensure shipments meet customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
No immigration sponsorship or related support offered for this position.
No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
Select inspection equipment, methods, and procedures according to product and customer expectations.
Maintain inspection records and notify supervisors of issues to prevent shipment delays.
Review drawings and isolate defects with appropriate resources.
Support problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
Verify conformance to drawings and prepare Defective Material Reports for non-conforming material.
